Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items sold by us within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Within 15 days of receipt, you may return any product purchased from us in new condition with original packaging and accessories.

You will receive a 100% refund. Yes, you will NOT be charged “restocking fee” or shipping charges or any other charges normally charged by other online stores.

You will get a FULL REFUND of every cent you paid us.

How long do you wait to get a refund?

How to Make a Returns
or Exchanges

You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of returning your package. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for your item to reach us (15 to 20 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). You will get e-mail notification of your refund once we receive and process the returned item.

How will you get the refund?
In most cases you will refunded by the same method you used to pay us. If you used credit card, your account will be credited. If you paid by Money Order or Cheque, you will be paid back by Cheque. Or if you would prefer, you can use the money to buy other items from our online stores.

What to do if you are not eligible for refund?
Items that are opened or returned more than 30 days after delivery will receive a partial refund. The refund amount depends on the condition of the item returned and the days elapsed before it was returned.
